President Trump is considering invoking the Alien Enemies Act, a law that is 200+ years old, to further his mass deportation agenda.

The Alien Enemies Act of 1798 gives the president wartime powers to deport undocumented immigrants with little to no due process.

In the lead-up to the presidential election, Trump said he would carry out the “largest deportation program” in U.S. history—though efforts appear to have slowed down.
