Star wide receiver Tee Higgins is planning to play in the game after missing the first two weeks of the season due to a hamstring injury.

While he noted there is calm in how the Bengals are approaching Monday's game vs. the Commanders, Joe Burrow said there is a sense of urgency for Cincinnati to find its first win quickly.
