In her ruling Tuesday morning, Perzel determined that the election in Shakopee is not invalid, and Tabke "remains the candidate with the most votes legally cast in the 2024 General Election."

The ruling deals a blow to a Republican candidate who contested Tabke’s victory in court. But Aaron Paul can appeal the decision to the Minnesota Supreme Court.
