Following the Indianapolis Colts’ Week 18 overtime win over the Jaguars, owner Jim Irsay addressed the team in the locker room. Here is what he had to say:

The Colts knocked off Jacksonville 26-23 in an ugly, back-and-forth game to finish the season at 8-9, sending Indianapolis into an offseason where difficult decisions need to be made.

Jonathan Taylor ran for 177 yards, including 33 yards on six consecutive carries in overtime to set up Matt Gay’s go-ahead 38-yard field goal, and the Indianapolis Colts beat the Jacksonville Jaguars 26-23.
