Fueled by wind gusts and dry conditions in the Columbia River Gorge, the Rowena Fire quickly grew to 3,500 acres by Thursday morning, forcing many nearby residents to evacuate their homes overnight. The Northwest Interagency Coordination Center confirmed that the fire,
