A woman was found dead inside a San Marino home after firefighters responded to a house fire Monday morning. The San Marino Fire Department responded to calls of a house fire around 9:25 a.m. on the 2000 block of Lorain Road.

A house fire in a neighborhood of San Marino has turned into a death investigation after a woman’s body was found.

SAN MARINO, Calif. - An investigation is underway after a woman was found dead inside a home that caught fire in San Marino Monday, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. Firefighters responded to the home in the 2000 block of Lorain Road around 9:45 a.m. for reports of a house fire.
