White was fined in Week 5 after committing two penalties - horse-collar tackle and roughing the passer - on the same drive in the Patriots loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Each of those fines cost him $9,836. Since this was the second time he’s been fined for a horse collar tackle, White’s fine was elevated up to $22,511.
