WWE star Cody Rhodes was reportedly offered a chance to read for a film that starred his former AEW colleague, MJF.

Adam Sandler loves his fake son. In an interview with Chris Van Vliet, ‘Happy Gilmore 2’ stars Adam Sandler and Julie Bowen both praised MJF, who has a major part in the film as their son. “Funny as hell,” Sandler said, with Bowen agreeing. “What a great kid. Love him. Family member.”

MJF talks acting. Max is one of several wrestlers that feature in the new movie, Happy Gilmore 2. In the movie, he plays one of Happy Gilmore’s children and for Max, he feels that Adam Sandler (who plays Happy), is actually like a father to him.

While transitioning to wrestling may have been easier, MJF was no longer the best in the world when it came to jumping to Hollywood — he knew there were more accomplished actors in Happy Gilmore 2 (Sandler, Julie Bowen, Ben Stiller, and Benny Safdie, to name a few).
