Hendrickson, 30, has played a key role on Cincinnati's defense over the past four years. Over that span, he's tallied 57 sacks, 53 tackles for loss and 11 forced fumbles. His 35 sacks over the last two years -- 17.5 in both 2023 and 2024 -- is tops in the NFL .

Having reaffirmed his status as an elite pass-rusher in 2024, Cincinnati Bengals defensive end Trey Hendrickson is now being paid like one.

The deal came together with just 13 days until the Bengals’ season kicks off and finally ends the saga with Hedrickson, who was the NFL sack leader with 17.5 in 2024. He turns 31 in December and had been slated to make $16 million this upcoming season with the Bengals.
