NORMAN — After making his return from injury Saturday night, wide receiver Nic Anderson exited OU's game vs. Tennessee in the first quarter and is in street clothes. Anderson subbed himself out of a play on third down and entered the locker room without trainers. Anderson missed the Sooners ' first three games due to injury.

Anderson caught 31 passes for 798 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2023. The Katy, Texas, native received an All-Big 12 honorable mention nod last season and was a two-time Big 12 Newcomer of the Week in 2023 after playing in all 13 games and made six starts last season. Tennessee leads OU 10-3 in the second quarter.
