A line of storms is expected to move south across eastern parts of North and Central Texas in the morning, according to the National Weather Service in Fort Worth, bringing the potential for damaging wind gusts, small hail and frequent lightning to the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

A complex of storms moving south from Oklahoma began impacting North Texas on Sunday morning, bringing showers and thunderstorms with a heightened risk of more severe weather anticipated later in the day.

Unfortunately, Dallas-Fort Worth has an Air Quality Alert. Those sensitive groups with upper respiratory issues will want to limit their time outdoors.
