OG Anunoby, Knicks and Celtics

Anunoby is performing at a clip only a few ex-Hoosiers have reached in the NBA Playoffs. In seven games for the New York Knicks, Anunoby is averaging 19 points and 4.7 rebounds. He’s also made 43.8% of his shots, including 39.6% from 3-point range, as well hitting at an 88% clip at the free throw line.
OG Anunoby didn’t follow the Knicks’ winning formula. He was extremely passive for the second straight game, finishing with just two points on 1-for-6 shooting in the 115-93 Game 3 loss to the Celtics on Saturday afternoon at Madison Square Garden.
Anunoby went to the locker room after appearing to be bothered by a hamstring issue during the first quarter and was later spotted back on the bench wearing a wrap on his leg, but he was ultimately cleared to check back in with 4:58 remaining in the first half. His health will be worth monitoring the rest of the way Monday.
