OU led 5-1 heading into the fifth inning before the Longhorns struck five runs in the frame to take a 6-5 lead. Sooners starter Cade Crossland was responsible for all the runs scored in the inning as Texas battered Oklahoma pitching to the tune of four hits, two walks and a hit batter in the fifth.

Texas Longhorns have won the SEC regular season baseball title in its first year in the conference. UT secured the championship with a 7-4 win at OU.
