Walmart has recalled 850,000 Ozark Trail water bottles after reports of injuries from forcefully ejecting caps. Two users lost vision permanently. The US Consumer Product Safety Commission urges consumers to stop using the bottles.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bottles and contact Walmart for a full refund, the CPSC says.
