North Texas had a soggy morning on Thursday, with showers moving through and strong to severe storms hitting the west side of the region, leaving a cool and cloudy afternoon and evening. Storms look to roll back in overnight and into Friday morning for North Texas.
A line of showers and thunderstorms is expected in Southeast Texas from Saturday afternoon into the evening, from 3 p.m. through 9 p.m., ahead of a cold front.
Two rounds of storms will be possible today, with the first in the afternoon with severe storms possible. Overnight another round is expected, with a lower chance of severe weather.
