Willow Newell, a Racine resident, won the title of Miss Wisconsin Saturday night. Newell is the first Black woman to be crowned Miss Wisconsin, according to a press release from the pageant.

The Miss Wisconsin Teen Competition will be held on Friday, June 20, at 6 p.m. The Miss Wisconsin Final Competition will be held on Saturday, June 21, at 4 p.m.
