The “NCIS” alum, who claimed she was physically assaulted on set upon her exit from the show in 2018, said she will “never again” act in an interview with Hello magazine published Tuesday.

Most seasons of NCIS run 20 to 22 episodes. Season 21 only had 10 episodes, however, due to the 2023 writers’ and actors’ strikes that ate into production time for all scripted entertainment.

The two-hour series premiere of NCIS: Origins airs Monday, October 14, at 9 p.m., right after the season 22 debut of NCIS. After week one, NCIS: Origins will shift to 10 p.m. on Mondays on CBS.

NCIS: Origins will launch in 1991, more than a decade before the main series introduced Gibbs in his leadership position over Tony, Abby, Ziva, Tim, Kate, and many more rotating characters.
