One outspoken critic was team legend Terry Bradshaw. Before the signing, Bradshaw had offered a very critical take about Rodgers.

Aaron Rodgers heard Terry Bradshaw’s comments from May, saying the QB should stay in California and “chew some bark.” There was also a comment about Rodgers having to go “whisper to the gods.” Bradshaw said it sarcastically when he was asked about the possibility of Rodgers joining the Pittsburgh Steelers.
