A 16-year-old has been charged with murder in connection with the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old in Springfield from January, the Hampden County District Attorney’s Office announced Monday. Keanu Harker, 18, was found with gunshot injuries on Great Cambridge Road in Enfield at about 20:45 BST last Thursday and died in hospital. The boy, who cannot be named due to his age, is due to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court later on Tuesday.
