Maybe the Minnesota Vikings knew what they were doing when they passed on Aaron Rodgers as J.J. McCarthy's swagger proved them right.

The onslaught from the Vikings continued from there as McCarthy found running back Aaron Jones for a deep touchdown on the next possession to make it 20-17. The next time McCarthy got the ball bak, he showcased his legs, taking a read option 14 yards into the end zone to help the Vikings stretch the lead to 27-17.
