Here is a tutorial showing you how to change Date and Time formats (US, International, etc) on Windows 11 using Settings or Control Panel.

For now, it's available only for Windows 11 Insiders. You'll also need a Snapdragon-powered Copilot+ PC with the primary display language set to English.
