If the Scroll bar is missing in Excel, here are some suggestions to help you get the Excel Scroll bar back. Ensure that it is enabled and now minimized.

To show/hide or restore a missing toolbar in Microsoft Excel, click on the Ribbon Display Options button in the top-right corner of the program window. Then click on Show Tabs and Commands option.

Launch Excel and open one of your documents. Locate the status bar at the bottom of the window. Right-click that status bar to display a list of options.
