On Jan. 5, 2024, a tour bus traveling through upstate New York from Montreal, Canada rolled over on Interstate 87 southbound in Lake George, resulting in the death of one passenger, a passenger with serious injuries and 10 passengers with non-life threatening injuries.

Five people were killed and at least 44 others were transported to local hospitals after a tour bus crash on the New York State Thruway in the Pembroke area on Friday.

Authorities said that five people have been killed and multiple people have been injured after a bus crash on the I-90 near Pembroke. The tour bus was returning to New York City from Niagara Falls, NY.
