The cause of death for Black Sabbath singer and heavy metal legend Ozzy Osbourne has been revealed via his death certificate.

Osbourne, known as the Prince of Darkness, died July 22 at the age of 76. A heavy metal icon, and the face of Black Sabbath, died “surrounded by love,” his family said in a statement at the time.
