Police have identified Alphonso Cooper Jr., 19, of Romulus, as the suspect in a non-life-threatening shooting ahead of the Ford Fireworks in downtown Detroit.

Police say the victims were described as ages 4 and 18. A third victim, a 17-year-old, was taken to the hospital.
