IMOLA, Italy - Formula One leader Oscar Piastri put his McLaren on pole position for the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix at Imola on Saturday with Red Bull's Max Verstappen joining the Australian on the front row.
During Q1 on Saturday, the Red Bull driver lost the rear of the car on a kerb, crashed into the barriers and flipped the car against the catch fencing. Luckily, he was able to exit the car without assistance and was later given the all-clear from the on-site medical center.
