Karen Read's motion to dismiss the case against her is filled with "unsupported claims and vague innuendos," prosecutors said Friday.

In a motion filed in Norfolk Superior Court, Read’s lawyers said that “by simply ‘dragging and dropping’ files from the Canton Police Department’s Video File System to a USB, the relevant metadata necessary to verify the accuracy, authenticity, and information associated with the creation and storage of that information will be destroyed.”
