The selection of Jalen Hurts as Super Bowl LIX MVP was hardly a surprise in the wake of the Eagles 40-22 bludgeoning of the Chiefs on Sunday night. We've seen time and time again the quarterback pull in the hardware in these situations and not just because of the importance of the position.

Moore’s move to New Orleans means Hurts will have a new play-caller in the 2025 NFL season. The Eagles’ next offensive coordinator will be Hurts’ sixth play-caller in six NFL seasons. But Hurts had the same experience in college: He kept losing play-callers, and usually for the same reason – Hurts’ teams excelled.
