Franklin, Delaware, Licking, Madison and Union counties in central Ohio — on the northern side of the storm — are under a winter weather advisory for between 4 and 6 inches of snow, with the southern portion of Franklin County potentially getting up to 8 inches, according to the NWS expected snowfall map.
