Allen Ehlert, 83, of St. Joseph died June 2 at St. Cloud Hospital.

The St. Cloud Police Department’s front desk has received calls from citizens who have been receiving text messages from an unknown source claiming to be the Minnesota Department of Motor Vehicles.
