You can view a Text file in Command Prompt or PowerShell in Windows 11/10. You can view the entire content of TXT, a specific line, etc.

On Windows 11, you can set up batch files to run elevated, but you will need to use a shortcut. In this guide, I'll show you how.

The Windows 11 Command Prompt app will then launch and run as administrator. At this point, you can start entering DOS commands to manually use and manage system data.
