Adam David was crowned 'The Voice' champion on May 20, marking coach Michael Bublé's second win in less than a year

Amid his journey on The Voice, Adam released his single “Savior,” which he wrote while in treatment for his addiction. He entered rehab after applying through Music Cares, a program that gives “grants to music professionals who need help.” Adam finished the song on the final day of the two-week process.

Adam David can officially call himself the winner of The Voice after the Tuesday, May 20, finale, and he’s already looking to keep the momentum going following his victory. “I want to put out some music and go on tour,” David tells TV Insider. “I want to play. I want to play for audiences and not, you know, empty rooms.”
