Nintendo will offer an early look at Donkey Kong Bananza during a livestream on Wednesday, June 18th at 9AM ET / 6AM PT. The company announced the upcoming Direct event through its Nintendo Today app and on X, saying the livestream will feature 15 minutes of information about the Switch 2 game.

Donkey Kong Bananza is the next landmark 3D platformer from Nintendo -- the first on this scale since Super Mario Odyssey released in 2017 -- and it looks like the team has taken things to a whole new level,

Preorders are now up for the Donkey Kong Bananza amiibo, which features Donkey Kong and Pauline. It's currently listed for $29.99 and is set to release on July 17.
