The judge who oversaw the trial of Sean "Diddy" Combs has asked both sides in the case to provide him with sentencing information ahead of the scheduled October sentencing date.

3rd UPDATE, 7:15 AM: After less than an hour of deliberation today, the jury in Sean “ Diddy ” Combs’ sex-trafficking trial have a verdict. They are returning to the lower Manhattan courtroom, where the Bad Boy Records founder, his lawyers and family, are already assembled.

The judge overseeing Sean "Diddy" Combs' sex trafficking trial on Monday said he would remind jurors of their obligation to deliberate and follow his instructions about the law, after the jury warned that one member of the 12-juror panel may not be able to follow the judge's guidance.
