Four members of a San Diego State University fraternity have been charged after one of them, a 19-year-old pledge, was set on fire during a party, the District Attorney’s Office said. The members of Phi Kappa Psi were charged with at least one felony each,

The defendants, who were active members of the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity, allegedly hosted a party at their fraternity house on Feb. 17 of last year.
