A slow-moving storm system that battered Wisconsin over the weekend prompted flood advisories in several states across the central U.S.

Gov. Tony Evers was touring storm damage in Wauwatosa Monday evening when he announced he is declaring a state of emergency due to flash flooding and storm damage.
