The pill (mostly) took away the pain, but it didn’t fix whatever was causing it in the first place. And that same dysfunction was brewing under the surface for YEARS. As soon as I got off the pill, my body completely fell apart. The side effects of the pill probably made the original problems even worse. And then it took even more years to figure out what those problems were. When I finally found answers, my many symptoms made perfect sense: ➡️ low progesterone ➡️ bacterial overgrowths in my gut

Just because it sounds simple doesn’t mean it’s not important. All the wellness stuff can be fun, but it doesn’t replace the foundational things that actually move the needle forward. ➡️ Morning sunlight sets your circadian rhythm, supports cortisol patterns, and helps you sleep better. That affects your hormones, your energy, your mood, and your digestion. It costs nothing and takes 10 minutes. ➡️ Daily walks support blood sugar regulation, gut motility, stress reduction, and lymphatic drainage

🚨 COWARD: Somali woman Fardowsa Muhumed is now backpedaling furiously after her viral TikTok rant where she dismissed Elon Musk with the words, "I wouldn't worry too much about him. He about to 💀 ." Elon fired back: "Then it is war." She's since walked it all back, insisting it was "taken out of context" and claiming she's "truly in fear for my future." 🤡 Typical: Talk tough, face pushback, then play the victim card. | Shane Morgan

🚨 BREAKING: Jake Lang has announced a planned march in Minneapolis — a city with a large Somali-American population — on January 17 to protest what he calls the “Islamification of America.” Earlier, a group of self-described patriots reportedly took to the streets in Muslim-majority Dearborn, Michigan, in a similar demonstration. The stated goal: “Repel Islam.” | Shane Morgan

🚨 Breaking hypocrisy alert: The Indiana GOP state senator who just defied President Trump's push for 2026 redistricting—citing his use of the word "retarded"—turns out to be the same guy busted for drunk driving with a BAC over three times the legal limit. Time to primary Michael Bohacek immediately! No place for this kind of fraud in the Republican Party. | Shane Morgan
