According to Downdetector, reports of problems started increasing at 1:41 pm ET today. By 2:26 pm, ET, Downdetector received 18,320 reports of problems with Amazon’s website. The number of complaints peaked at 3:32 pm ET at 20,804. There have also been a smaller number of complaints about Amazon Prime Video and Amazon Web Services.

Amazon Fresh, Amazon’s online grocery market, is also reportedly experiencing issues due to the outage. The site is currently not allowing shoppers to order pickup or delivery orders. The Amazon Help account on X responded to users who are affected by the outage.
Amazon users are reporting glitches and struggling to use the website, with many unable to complete checkout.
The online retail giant went down for thousands on Thursday.
Lastly, several customers have had difficulties in loading the product pages of the items they are searching for or selecting on the platform, with as many as 17% of the total reports pointing to this problem. There are varying reports from users about the problem being fixed, but others are still reporting that Amazon is down.
