Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer is a free tool that helps you conveniently manage your Azure cloud storage resources from your desktop.

The latest cloud updates include Cosmos DB support for Azure Storage Explorer, new Azure Backup agent capabilities and automatic updates for Scale Set virtual machines.

Microsoft has announced that both Gen2 of Data Lake Storage and Azure Data Explorer are now generally available. Furthermore, a preview of Mapping Data Flow in Data Factory is also live.

The announcement also includes several other updates to Microsoft's Azure data services offerings for enterprise customers.

Microsoft has beefed up several data analytics offerings in its Azure cloud platform, including the general availability of Azure Data Explorer and Azure Data Lake Storage.

Microsoft today announced that Azure Data Explorer (ADX) and Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2) are generally available for Azure customers.
