Microsoft is investigating LSASS memory leaks (caused by Windows Server updates released during the November Patch Tuesday) that might lead to freezes and restarts on some domain controllers.

The March 2024 Windows Server updates are causing some domain controllers to crash and restart, according to widespread reports from Windows administrators.

Microsoft is warning IT administrators that their Windows Server 2025 domain controllers (DC) may lose network connectivity after they are restarted.
