Lululemon alleges that Costco has stolen the intellectual property of its Scuba hoodies and sweatshirts, Define jackets and ABC pants.

Lululemon is suing Costco, alleging the wholesale retailer knowingly sold knockoff versions or dupes of its popular products.

Lululemon filed a lawsuit Friday accusing Costco of copying its patented athleisure designs and selling them under its Kirkland Signature brand, according to NPR. The complaint alleges Costco is unlawfully trading on Lululemon’s reputation by offering unauthorized apparel at lower prices.
