Ex-Formula 1 ace Ralf Schumacher has dropped a bombshell, claiming McLaren have "internally decided that Oscar Piastri is the man" to lead them to world championship glory, citing Lando Norris 's error-prone ways as a key factor.

Both McLaren drivers Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri are first and second in the Formula 1 world driver's championship standings heading into the Austrian GP 2025.

Dunne is a member of McLaren's driver development programme and will be making his F1 session debut in Austria, having previously only taken part in test programmes. Norris will then return to his car for FP2 later in the same day, as he resumes his championship battle with Piastri and 2024 rival Max Verstappen .
