Arizona Diamondbacks right-handed pitcher Justin Martínez will undergo Tommy John surgery and miss the remainder of the 2025 season, according to the club’s manager Torey Lovullo.

"it’s painful," said Lovullo, whose team recently lost Corbin Burnes to a torn UCL. "Yeah, I’m over it. I’m definitely over it.”
